1. Completing a goal.

A meatloaf recipe. That’s what I am having for dinner today.
How are you feeling right now?
1. Tired. I went to bed late last night because I was composing a new melody.
2. Excited. I want to work on my new melody!
What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?
1. Spending time with the Lord in the mornings by reading His Word and praying.
2. Having routines, especially when it comes to cleaning. There are days when life becomes chaotic unexpectedly and disruptions happen. With me having Inattentive ADHD my routines are a godsend, it helps me to get back on track and keeps the clutter away.
What’s your favorite time of day?

My favorite time of the day is when I can put some quality time into my writing.

If you guess it? You are correct chocolate chip cookies!
I love to make cookies during the Christmas time. It was and still is my family’s tradition.
As a child, I would leave homemade chocolate chip cookies that my mother made for Santa. Then later my dad would eat the cookies! 😂 after I went to bed.
When I make cookies it takes me back to my childhood and now, I create new memories by sharing my cookies with friends and family. It’s not Christmas until my cookies are made.

How would you design the city of the future?
I’m not a architect or a city planner.
1. A public transportation that is accessible to everyone.
2. Having shopping, grocery stores, medical clinics in walking distance and on a route of a public transportation.
3. Internet access.
4. Individualized education for students.
5. Accommodations for people with disabilities.
6. Housing available to all incomes.
7. City gardens where residents can grow food.
8. Parks and halls where people can gather.
9. A major venue for entertainment.
10. Job opportunities.
