Affordable Housing.
Recently, I read a news article about apartment complexes in the works or approved by my local government. I asked myself, where are affordable homes being built at? The only answer is expensive homes are being built.
Making rent prices for houses and apartments so outrageous. The shortage of places to rent is causing rent to be higher. There seem to be no answers in sight. So the question is: are we heading where there will only be apartments available?
It is a conversation we need to be talking about with our family, relatives, friends, and coworkers. People are afraid to discuss this topic.
We start by talking to our local leaders, voicing our concerns, and asking questions.

People talk about affordable housing all the time. And this doesn’t sound like an article that you found to be empty of value. The thing people need to discuss, which you do not discuss out of lack of knowledge (not out of fear) is a an actual answer. Nobody needs a a crowd of complainers.
Who is out there researching the rates of real estate and raw materials and determining whether and how these can be affected practically within our markets in order to improve the housing economy for people with median wage rates?
That is a discussion that nobody wants to have.
The BORING one. The one that isn’t just a unified call for impotence.
